Refund & Reshipment Policy
Damaged or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged or something is missing, we’ll issue a full refund. Please keep the packaging and take photos for your claim.
Lost Packages
If your package has no tracking updates for over 30 days, you’re eligible for a free reshipment or a full refund. If it later arrives, you can keep it — no return needed.
Undelivered After 60 Days
If your order isn’t delivered within 60 days of shipping, you can request a full refund or reshipment.
No action within 60 days? We’ll issue an automatic refund. If the item shows up later, it’s yours to keep.
